1-conductor cable clamp, type STC

STC cable clamps are suitable for securely fastening single- and multi-core cables in low, medium, and high-voltage systems with cable diameters of 21–130 mm. Thanks to their two-part design, additional mounting hole, and flexible installation, they are ideal for masts, posts, or concrete surfaces.

Key features

• Two-part design: upper and lower shell with integrated nut chamber cutout
• Additional central fastening hole in the base
• Three mounting holes per clamp for flexible installations

Material, safety, and durability

• Material: black PA66 glass fiber reinforced
• Properties: corrosion-resistant, flame-retardant, UV-resistant, oil- and chemical-resistant
• Safety: halogen-free, self-extinguishing according to UL 94 V0, non-magnetic, non-conductive, no sharp edges
• Temperature range: continuous 80 °C to +120 °C; short-term up to +220 °C
• Certifications: NEN/IEC 61914; testing/conformity by KEMA, SGS, UL, KU Leuven; RoHS/REACH

Selection criteria

• Diameter ranges indicate the smallest to largest cable outer diameters
• Overlaps: in cases of overlap, select the smaller clamp (e.g., STC 21-38 instead of STC 36-52 for 37 mm)
