The 3M QS 200 monoblock fitting is particularly suitable for use in small installation pits due to its one-piece, compact design using cold-shrink technology. This makes installation particularly quick and safe.
The 93-AK xx0-1/MB series monoblock kits are factory prefabricated splices with a QS200 silicone cold-shrink connector body with integrated electrode and voltage control device, a copper shield sleeve and thick-walled EPDM cold-shrink outer tubes, all supplied on a pre-stretched, removable core for efficiency and ease of installation. The kits can also be supplied with a mechanical connector.
