General information
Optimum processing temperature: between +15° C and 25° C
Storage and durability: Read the entire installation instructions carefully before starting work. Follow all installation steps!
The cartridges must be stored in a horizontal position. Do not place the cartridges in a vertical position for longer than 12 hours. Only remove the PE bag before use.
The shelf life of the cartridges refers to dry storage at an ambient temperature of +20°C/ 68°F and in a horizontal position (see expiration date on PE protective bag). Opened cartridges can be kept for 2 weeks after cleaning the outlet (see Resealing and reuse). Plastic parts are subject to a natural ageing process. These are deteriorated by heat, UV light and chemical influences. Process the mixers and cartridges in the order in which they are received (first in first out). Ready for use immediately after potting. To carry out tests with test voltages above 1kV, the casting resin must cure for 2 hours. Due to the wide range of possible applications, no more precise specifications can be made regarding the possible installation variants. It is the responsibility of the installer of the system to ensure that the installation method is suitable. If you have any questions regarding areas of application and commissioning, our technicians will be happy to assist you. Resealing and reusing the cartridge: Before resealing using the original cap, the outlet must be thoroughly aspirated and cleaned using the Cellpack disposable pipette 76 (if necessary, dispose of the flow before the next injection). Resealed cartridges must be used within 2 weeks. Stoppers that close a cartridge a second time may stick together slightly when reopening.
