3M™ Scotchcast™ Casting Resin 40 is a two-component polyurethane resin for general applications that cures at room temperature. It is supplied in a two-component plastic bag in the correct stoichiometric ratio by tearing a parting seam.

The water-repellent polyurethane resin meets the requirements of CENELEC HD631.1 S2 and is compliant with EU Directive 2011/65/EC (RoHS) and EU Directive 1907/2007/EC (REACH). It guarantees the highest level of electrical insulation for professional use. Fast and clean application thanks to the new 3M patented integrated potting nozzle in the resin bag.
